Associate Lawyer
Before joining the firm as a partner, Stéphanie Le coq de kerland was an economic law lawyer at Fidal, and then Legal Director of the Nexity Real Estate Group.
Nearly twenty years’ experience has given him in-depth expertise in business criminal law, financial litigation and compliance.
Stéphanie advises and represents leading companies and executives in high-stakes cases, including fraud, corruption, money laundering and misuse of corporate assets. In her previous roles, she acquired solid experience in crisis management.
On behalf of her clients, she provides strategic advice on corporate governance and chains of responsibility, as well as on regulatory compliance, in addition to the firm’s litigation work.
She also advises on cybersecurity, data protection and the implementation of anti-corruption and anti-money laundering programmes within major groups.
Finally, Stéphanie is co-responsible for managing the firm’s team, working alongside her partners to manage the lawyers and staff and to put in place smooth, efficient procedures to ensure greater productivity in the service of our clients.
She works in French and English and holds a professional Master 2 diploma in business law (DJCE) from Montpellier, as well as a professional certificate in distribution law.
