A member of the Paris Bar, Guillaume Courvoisier-Clément joined our team after several years with Clifford Chance. Secretary of the Paris Bar Conference in 2024, he is involved in a number of criminal cases at both the investigative and assize court stages.

He practises mainly in criminal law and specialises in cases involving companies and their directors. In particular, he has taken part in the defence of major groups in the context of CJIP negotiations with the national financial prosecutor’s office, and in the defence of executives prosecuted before the criminal courts for financial offences or as a result of collective accidents.

He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris law school and has a Master 2 in general private law from Paris II. He also studied for a year at the University of California at Berkeley.

He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
