Lawyer

Emilien trained with leading lawyers in Paris and Marseille, and has worked alongside gendarmes, private investigators and magistrates at the Paris Court of Appeal and the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF).

 

He practises mainly in general criminal law, and has particular expertise in matters of morality and disputes relating to freedom of expression.

 

Emilien holds a Master 1 in General Criminal Law and a Master 2 in Criminal Business Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science at Aix-en-Provence (Aix-Marseille University). He is also a graduate of the Institut Portalis and the Institut de sciences pénales et de criminologie.

 

A former volunteer fireman, he has used his theoretical and practical knowledge to work for a victim support association. Keen to share his knowledge, he also prepares law students for the bar exam.

 

After a long spell as a top water polo player, Emilien is now committed to competitive tennis, which he has been playing for over 10 years.
