Before joining Vey & Associés, Léa Grima trained with law firms specialising in business criminal law and general criminal law.

 

Her practice focuses on corporate criminal law, particularly stock market and tax litigation involving international companies and their directors. In particular, she has developed considerable expertise in internal investigations in cases before the National Financial Prosecutor’s Office (PNF) and the Financial Markets Authority (AMF).

 

Léa is particularly interested in information technology and criminal liability as applied to generative artificial intelligence. In particular, she has written a dissertation on the application of AI in criminal proceedings under comparative Franco-American law.

 

Léa works in French and English.

 

She graduated top of her class from the Master 2 in Criminal Law and Procedure at the University of Paris Panthéon-Assas. A keen student of ancient history, she also has a degree in history from Sorbonne University.

 

Léa has a black belt in Taekwondo, a sport she has been practising for over 18 years.
