After more than 30 years in the fields of high-end catering and receptions, notably within Potel & Chabot, Eric has developed a sense of service and precision.
He subsequently used his qualities with demanding personalities for 13 years. In April 2023, Eric joined the Vey & Associés firm, in order to support the entire team on a daily basis on logistics and stewardship issues.
Passionate about the mountains, he delights with tales about his paragliding and hiking experiences.
