A member of the Paris Bar, Lydia Benamara joined the firm after an initial spell with a leading Monegasque law firm. She previously trained with a number of Parisian and international law firms specializing in business and international criminal law, as well as with courts and public bodies such as the Ministry of Justice and the French Embassy in China.
She specializes in business criminal law and international criminal law. In particular, she has developed expertise in proceedings involving major international groups, companies and executives operating in the Principality of Monaco and on the African continent.
Lydia is fluent in French, English and Kabyle. She understands Mandarin and Spanish.
She holds a Master’s degree in Economic Litigation and Arbitration from the Sciences-Po Paris Law School and has also followed an introductory research course on Business and Human Rights in Africa.
Lydia enjoys sewing and pilates in her spare time.
